• Support Sustainable Tourism Project funded by the World Bank Sri Lanka Office (through Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority)
• Initiate new community based Ecotourism projects in other parts of the country
• Facilitating SLEF members to take part in National, Regional and International Ecotourism Conferences, Workshops, Symposiums and Seminars. Highlight; Ecotourism and Sustainable Tourism Conference (ESTC), Kenya, Nairobi, September, 2013
• Dissemination of Ecotourism Information through Print and Electronic media managed by SLEF
